Job Description:

Full time customer service position is open for individuals looking to contribute to their community by working with Oliqaa Foundation.

Position Overview:

Duties will include answering phone calls, emails and data entry. Additional duties include, but are not limited to working a flexible work schedule, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (English/Oromo) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient use of computer related works, typing and internet skills. Applicants must have passion for providing the highest level of Customer Service.
